A devastating disease that is rarely discussed, meningitis was long overdue for a "rebrand." In a collaborative workshop with the meningitis community, we created The Meningitis Flag — proudly flown by three para-athletes during the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games. The campaign gained widespread visibility in Paris, with even the French president showing support by wearing a pin badge.
